This past weekend I was able to achieve a new personal record for Deadlift! I had most recently been able to deadlift 235 lbs. I did this back in the summer of 2017 and again in December 2017 without the ability to increase my weight. January came around, a new workout routine and nutrition plan were put into effect and I surprised myself TWICE! I was able to increase my deadlift to 238 lbs and then AGAIN in the same routine to 243 lbs! A small change in fitness and nutrition has given me HUGE results! I am so excited to see how I progress through the rest of my 12 week challenge! Check it out:
